Site work for a water / sewer project in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Maintenance dredging of Fort Myers Beach Harbor, including the navigation channel, wideners, and settling basin. The work consists of excavating material and transporting it to a designated nearshore placement area. Incidental work includes, but is not limited to, environmental and water quality monitoring and gopher tortoise relocation. The requirement will be performed under a total small business set-aside and is limited to contractors previously awarded under Solicitation W912EP25R0010. The period of performance is 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with work commencing within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This project will have an estimated period of performance of 210 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including 60 calendar days to commence work. Total includes 140 calendar days for the Base and 70 calendar days for Option A to be performed concurrently with Base work. The Estimated Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
