Renovation of an educational facility in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Any questions concerning the Request for Qualifications shall be directed in writing via email to the Procurement Services Department, Amy Naranjo, Procurement Agent AmyCN@leeschools.net no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, on February 4, 2026. SCOPE OF PROJECT: Provide all pre-construction and construction management services for the Comprehensive HVAC Renovation at Mariner High School including AHU replacement, unit ventilators, chilled water piping, ductwork, exhaustsystems, VAV boxes, and controls. Improves energy efficiency,reliability, and indoor air quality. Project to include the following: o Replace all AHUs and unit ventilators where feasible with dual-path cooling and dehumidification units. o Provide maximum available parts and labor warranty for all new HVAC equipment. o Replace all existing exhaust fans with high-efficiency models integrated with BAS. o Install new VAV boxes to support the new AHUs. o Retrofit controls and fully integrate with the Building Automation System (BAS). o Replace all chilled water piping with Aquatherm(R) or equivalent polypropylene piping. o Clean, flush, and chemically treat the entire chilled water system. o Replace internally insulated ductwork; clean and re-wrap externally insulated ductwork. o Replace any damaged or corroded diffusers. o Install Bi-Polar Ionization or approved equivalent IAQ enhancement technology. 2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all Construction Management Services for the HVAC Renovation at Mariner High School.
