Project to include: o Replace all AHUs and unit ventilators where feasible with dual-path cooling and dehumidification units. o Provide maximum available parts and labor warranty for all new HVAC equipment. o Replace all existing exhaust fans with high-efficiency models integrated with BAS. o Install new VAV boxes to support the new AHUs. o Retrofit controls and fully integrate with the Building Automation System (BAS). o Replace all chilled water piping with Aquatherm(R) or equivalent polypropylene piping. o Clean, flush, and chemically treat the entire chilled water system. o Replace internally insulated ductwork; clean and re-wrap externally insulated ductwork. o Replace any damaged or corroded diffusers. o Install Bi-Polar Ionization or approved equivalent IAQ enhancement technology. 2.
