Bid is Cancelled Separate sealed bids are requested for the Parsons CDBG Recreational Amenities Project for the City of Parsons. Documents including Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at specified locations. Bidders must be licensed General Contractors qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Requirements related to conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and various federal and state regulations must be observed. Each bidder must submit a security deposit with their bid as specified. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening date.
