The project involves the 2026 Michael J. Tighe Park Basketball Court Improvements, which include but are not limited to the reconstruction of the existing basketball courts, removal and replacement of basketball hoop systems and footings, installation of retaining wall bench seating along a portion of the perimeter of the courts, replacement of concrete curb, drainage improvements, court resurfacing, and line striping. All proposed work is located at Michael J. Tighe Park at 65 Georgia Road, Freehold Township, New Jersey 07728. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the bid title, name, and contract on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
