Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Bradford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

These improvements are more specifically shown on the Location Map(s) of the attached Plans. The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to continue TAP efforts around Southbridge area consistent with Circulation Study and Neighborhood Plan. Efforts include 1) improved overhead & ped style lighting, 2) crossings, sidewalk, and bumpout around Hicks Park, 3) new signal and crossings at C Street and New Castle Ave, and 4) bicycle striping designation on S. Claymont. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. Performance-based Rating System - 29 Del.c. 6962 (C)(12)(a) Requires Deldot to Include a Performance-based Rating System for Contractors.
