Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for the complete in-place construction of the following approximate quantities: 440 square yards of removing bituminous pavement, 90 linear feet of removing and replacing concrete curb and gutter, 110 tons of Type SP 9.5 and 12.5 wearing course mixes (2,B), 1 lump sum of temporary water service, 12 each robotically reinstating water service, 7 each connecting to existing water main, 720 linear feet of lining water main 6”, 1 each removing and replacing hydrant, 4 each 6” gate valve and box, and 110 square yards of sodding type lawn. A bid alternate includes: 180 square yards of removing bituminous pavement, 40 tons of Type SP 9.5 and 12.5 wearing course mixes (2,B), 14 each excavating to locate service, and 180 square yards of sodding type lawn.
