New construction, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; municipal facility; municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.
The City of Boise Public Works Department requests proposals from firms to provide Miscellaneous Architectural Services, including design services for renovation/remodeling work, minor new construction, architectural studies, and similar work on City owned facilities throughout the Boise area. The City intends to enter into Miscellaneous Services contracts with a number of architectural firms to be available for hire under a negotiated Task Order basis for specific projects in the future. At least three consultants will be selected from this RFQ for a one-year contract, with potential for four one-year extensions. Proposals must be submitted electronically through JAGGAER, signed in the required format, and include a completed Bid Schedule if present. Proposers are encouraged to verify the successful upload of documents. No proposals will be accepted after the scheduled opening time, and all must comply with the specifications and information requested.
