Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work includes 6 separate roof areas as identified in the drawings: Demolition Installation of a conventionally insulated 2-ply membrane roofing system on all roof areas RCABC guarantee required Hall Towers is 13 storeys high. All work is to be performed by the exterior as internal access is available to personnel only. The elevators will not be available to move materials. The contractor is expected to provide a crane and/or hoist for moving all materials as the installation of scaffolding will not be available.
