The Montgomery County Housing Authority is seeking sealed proposals for Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance Services at various locations including Bright Hope Community, Golden Age Manor, Robert P. Smith Towers, High Street Parking Lot, Marshall W. Lee Towers, Sidney Pollock House, and MCHA Cherry Court. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program. The successful firm will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance bond. Contractors must pay at least the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents and ensure non-discrimination in employment. The contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, which prioritizes training, employment, and economic opportunities for low- and very low-income persons, particularly recipients of HUD assistance for housing. The Montgomery County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process as deemed in its best interest.
