Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of but is not limited to the removal and replacement of roadway pavement and related items such as asphalt base repairs, leveling, drainage improvements, pavement markings, ADA compliant concrete curb ramps and signal improvements (if specified in design of curb ramps). In accordance with this contract, the work will take place during calendar years 2026 and 2027 along the following roads owned and maintained by the County. The County reserves the right to add and/or remove roads from the list below or otherwise modify the order or priority of roads to be repaved, to suit the needs of the County at any time during the life of this contract.
