Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Monroe Township, NJ ESIP LED Field Lighting Upgrades under the Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) for Monroe Township, NJ. The work is to be performed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and bid documents as prepared. Bids must be received as a single lump sum in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name and appropriate prime bid. All bids must include a bid guarantee (certified check or Bid Bond) in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders and listed subcontractors for General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or other applicable trades must be pre-qualified by the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and must be DPMC rated for the applicable scope of work. The project is subject to surety and payment/performance bond requirements. Bidders must be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction for their respective disciplines. All bidders must comply with relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations and must submit an Initial Project Workforce Report (Form AA-201) if successful. All bid forms must be completed as designated and comply with all requirements in the instructions and specifications. Schneider Electric reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in accordance with the law if deemed in the best interest of Schneider Electric and/or the township.
