Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Tuba City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work includes demolition of the existing structure, removal and lawful disposal of all debris, and site clearing and preparation for future construction, in compliance with all applicable Navajo Nation, federal, state, and local regulations. Interested bidders must demonstrate experience with commercial or governmental demolition projects and comply with Navajo Nation procurement requirements. Mandatory site visits are required. Vendors must schedule an appointment for the site visit in advance by contacting the Community Development Department. Failure to attend a mandatory site visit will result in disqualification. The Tuba City Chapter reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the community. PROJECT LOCATION: 1. Tuba City, AZ. 2.
