PHA is inviting price competitive Proposals from Construction Managers (CM) with demonstrated experience in Construction Management Services including the oversight of asbestos containing material abatement, demolition, zoning, design, permits, and construction. CMs are sought to submit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Proposers' current base Construction Management Services contract with PHA for construction management services associated with the renovation and modernization of the auditorium at The Robert Vaux School (Vaux School).
