The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for removal and replacement of residential roof and drywall repairs at 655 Fuller Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506. Dimensions, if furnished, are for general reference only and should be verified by Respondent. Kent County will award and contract for the goods and services in this Solicitation in an efficient and timely manner. In no event will notification of award be more than 45 days from the date of submission. Kent County will evaluate responsive submissions for both all-inclusive project cost and by individual line item. Kent County reserves the right to award to multiple Respondents, one Respondent for the entire project, or reject any or all submissions. Kent County, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to weigh any and all factors in the decision and award to the Respondent(s) deemed most advantageous to Kent County Question Deadline 02/13/2026 at 2:00 PM ET LICENSING AND CODE COMPLIANCE All materials and methods of construction related to work performed on this project must comply with locally adopted code requirements and must meet with the approval of local code enforcement officials. Contractor shall obtain, pay for and post on site all permits and licenses necessary to complete this project. Contractor and subcontractors must have current Michigan Residential Builders License, trade specific license or certifications as required by the State, County and/or local government. A copy of contractor license(s) and/or certifications necessary to complete this project to be provided with Bid Response or previously on file with Kent County to be considered.
