The work consists of providing professional architectural and engineering services to assist in the planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and grant administration of improvements to the Municipal Water Supply and Distribution System. Proposals should include a general company brochure or business information material, resumes of staff who will be working on the project, a listing of projects undertaken of a similar size and scope, and references from at least three current or former clients. NYS Certified MBE or WBE firms or individuals, as well as those utilizing DBE sub-consultants, are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
