Project Description: The work will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary or required to perform AC dig-outs, AC swale, trail overlay, Type II Micro Surfacing and striping & pavement markings on various Town roads. Work shall be completed within 60 Working Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. All work shall be completed within 60 working days from Notice to Proceed and no later than October 15, 2026. Notice to proceed will be issued on July 1, 2026. Bidders are to refer to Document 00 2113 for required documents and items to be submitted in a sealed envelope for deposit into the Bid Box in the Town Clerk's Office, located at 2955 Woodside Road, Woodside, California 94062 no later than the specified time. Bidders shall conduct a pre-bid site visit at their own time prior to bidding. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, re-bid, or waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price, or quality of the work. All Bids may be rejected and any minor irregularities in the Bids may be waived. A California "A" contractor's license is required to bid this contract and all bidders (and listed subcontractors) must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. The successful bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and this Project is subject to prevailing wage compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
