Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Markdale, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work comprises of the reconstruction of Grey Road 12 (Main Street West) between the west limit of the Municipality of Grey Highlands to Wellington Avenue, Markdale as follows: Soil Excavation, Granular Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Concrete Curb and Gutters, Concrete Sidewalks, Steel Beam Guide Rails; and all other work necessary for a complete job in accordance with the details set out more specifically hereafter and as shown on the accompanying Contract Plans. Inquiries must be received no later than 4:30 PM, 19th Feb 2026; otherwise, a response may not be provided.
