Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Markdale, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the reconstruction of Highway 10 Connecting Link (Toronto Street) approximately 1460 m, in the Town of Markdale, from approximately Fairway Heights to 365 m east of Uplands Drive. The scope includes reconstruction of road base, storm structure rehabilitation, sanitary sewer upgrades between Cavan Street to Main Street, traffic signal and signage improvements, installation of sidewalks, curb and gutters, pavement markings, traffic management, and restoration of all disturbed areas for the Municipality of Grey Highlands. All inquiries regarding the work or the request for bids are to be directed in writing by 1:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026, to the Contract Administrator’s representative.
