The procurement and installation of Audio Visual Systems for multi-purpose spaces at two (2) schools . Bidders shall enter the necessary information in all blanks on the Bid Form and shall include all additional bid submittals required by the Bidding Documents. Bidders shall make use of complete documents to prepare bids. Complete bids are required. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cash or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Board of Education, Berkeley School District #87, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and the performance of the contract properly secured. The successful bidder will be required to provide satisfactory insurance and guarantee of indemnity in form and amounts required by the Bidding Documents, and performance, labor and material payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, in forms and amounts required by the Bidding Documents with sureties to be approved by the Owne The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before November 30, 2026.
