The University of St. Michael's College ("USMC") is looking to engage a qualified firm to improve accessibility, functionality, privacy, and overall design of USMC's property (26 McMaster Avenue) through targeted renovations, interior layout changes, and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes; and now invites qualified Bidders to submit their Proposals for the work outlined in the RFP. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Responses to Questions: February 11, 2026 by 4:00 pm ET. Phone calls will not be accepted. All requests and queries regarding the RFP documents shall be addressed as specified in the RFP. Bidders may request a clarification of any of the RFP documents. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via e-mail to: usmc.procurement@utoronto.ca.
