All bids must be submitted digitally through the project website in PDF format, with a file size of less than 10Mb. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and sign in upon arrival, staying for the duration. All questions must be submitted through the project website not less than five days prior to the bid deadline. Contractors must provide their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and certify it is current.
