Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Dublin is seeking qualified consultants to provide Construction Management Services, including Construction Administration, Construction Inspection, and Materials Testing, for the Northern Historic District Infrastructure Improvements Project. The project consists of approximately 2,100 feet of road reconstruction with pedestrian facilities. Specific improvements include asphalt and brick pavement, brick walk, granite curbs, curb ramps, storm sewer, water works, street lighting, traffic control, landscaping, retaining walls, and burial of aerial utilities, requiring coordination with utility companies for schedule conformance. The selected consultant will also conduct right-of-way related inspections for adjacent private developments to ensure conformance to City and private plan requirements; these inspections cover utility service taps, sidewalks, driveways, walls, aesthetics, landscaping, and more. Coordination with these sites will be necessary for site access, delivery, work coordination, and temporary utility connections. Instructions to bidders include submitting the proposal by the specified due date, with no submissions accepted after the deadline. All other submission requirements remain unchanged.
