Replacement of 285 feet of 6-inch cast iron pipe with 285 feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances along Arbor Drive and replacement of 290 feet of 8-inch and 1,250 feet of 6-inch cast iron pipe with 1,600 feet of 8-inch, 410 feet of 6-inch, and 70 feet of 4-inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances along Richmond Circle and Park Place, Ross Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Specifications and plans are available to prequalified bidders at the Distribution Center of the Authority located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent of the conditions of the contract in case of award. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory job showing at the Distribution Center at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after submission. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders are to be prequalified prior to bidding.
