Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the W.G. Lunney Lake Farm County Park-Boat Launch and Parking Lot Improvements at 4286 Libby Rd. Madison, WI 53711. The project involves labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform demolition, earthwork, landscaping, asphalt, CIP & precast concrete, miscellaneous metals, piping, and all indicated site work to improve an existing parking and boat launch facility on Lake Waubesa. Work must be performed in coordination with the operation of Lake Farm County Park and comply with all applicable City of Madison, county specifications, ordinances, local and permitting requirements. Interested vendors should have experience in earthwork, concrete & asphalt paving, and managing projects of similar size and complexity adjacent to wetlands and waterbodies.
