Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huxley, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work consists of replacing the water main and water services, milling the existing road surface, paving an asphalt overlay, and installing sidewalks where they are not currently in place from E 1st Street to the cul-de-sac north of E 5th Street. The project also includes sidewalk installation along E 5th Street from N Main Avenue to N 2nd Avenue and along E 4th Street from N 2nd Avenue to US Highway 69. All surface restoration and other miscellaneous items to complete the project are included.
