Site work and paving for a civil project in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for a bridge / tunnel and road / highway.
Reconstruct approximately 5 miles of 6th Avenue in the Town of Leola, including pulverizing existing asphalt, raising the road with compacted aggregate, paving, and shouldering. Contractor shall prep, install, grade, and compact aggregate on existing gravel roadway. Replace two existing 48" CMP culverts on 6th Avenue using culverts already purchased by the Town. There is an alternate bid to reconstruct a portion of 3rd Avenue, approximately 2,650 feet in length, including pulverizing existing asphalt, compacting, grading, paving, and shouldering. The Town of Leola reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the time set for bid opening. The Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
