Demolition and site work for a communication facility in Prairie Center, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
This requirement is for the demolition of the Missile Alert Field R-01 radio tower and genset generator package as a commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and acquired under FAR 13 simplified acquisition procedures as a small business set-aside. A firm-fixed-price commercial contract will be awarded. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated January 20, 2026, and all associated attachments including the MFR CUI Receipt for drawings, Supplier Performance Risk System registration guidance, NIST SP 800-171 assessment and entry requirements, the applicable SCA wage determination dated December 3, 2025, and Hazmat authorization. A site visit is scheduled for February 5, 2026, with attendees meeting at Gate 5 Missile Drive Parking Lot at F.E. Warren Air Force Base at 9:00 a.m. MST, and convoy departure no later than 9:15 a.m. MST. Attendee names must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. MST on February 4, 2026. The location of the Missile Alert Facility is in Goshen County, Wyoming, approximately seventy-two miles from F.E. Warren Air Force Base. Questions are due by 11:00 a.m. MST on February 9, 2026, and quotations are due by 11:00 a.m. MST on February 13, 2026. Location: F.E. Warren Air Force Base, 5905 Missile Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Questions about this solicitation is due no later than 11:00 am MST, Monday, 9 February 2026.
