The project consists of street patching, mill and overlay, and alley paving during the spring and fall construction seasons. Sealed bids are requested for the specified work, and all bids must be delivered according to the instructions to bidders. Complete digital bidding documents, including instructions and requirements, are available for download. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid and are to be prepared as specified. Wyoming bidders will receive a 5% preference. The Town of Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The Town may accept any bid that best serves its interests. A. 1.02 COORDINATION WITH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES Add the following language: Project Includes: a. Mobilization b. Miscellaneous Force Account Work c. Traffic Control d. Erosion Protection, Sweeping, and Debris Removal e. 2026 Spring and Fall Patching and Overlay generally consists of asphalt street patching, mill and overlay, and alley paving in various locations throughout Town. f. Incidental work which may be reasonably inferred to be required or useful for the completion of the Work in accordance with the requirements of the Project Manual and all applicable codes, laws, and professional standards. Change in Scope: After receipt of bids, OWNER may elect to adjust the Scope of Work to correspond with available funding or scheduling requirements. This project requires the CONTRACTOR to supply all of the materials, equipment, labor and miscellaneous supplies necessary for project completion. No such items are to be supplied by the OWNER, unless otherwise specified. It is the intent of these contract documents that the CONTRACTOR provide, upon project completion, a totally operational system free of physical encumbrances. All facilities installed under this contract will become the property of the Town of Jackson, Wyoming.
