Teton County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive cleaning and grounds sanitation services for the annual Teton County Fair. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, event venues, and public areas before, during, and after Fair operations to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment for exhibitors, visitors, vendors, and staff. The cleaning contract shall be awarded for an initial one-year term, with the option for the Owner to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms, for a total potential contract term of three years. Renewal of the contract for subsequent years shall be at the sole discretion of Teton County, subject to satisfactory performance, continued need for services, and annual appropriation of funds by the Teton County Fair Board. The service period for each contract year shall correspond with the dates and requirements set forth in the Scope of Work for that respective Fair year. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state.
