Teton County is soliciting bids from qualified Electrical Contractors to provide comprehensive electrical services and support for the annual Teton County Fair. The contract is to ensure safe, reliable, and responsive electrical operations throughout Fair week, including support for RV campers, carnival operations, vendors, entertainment, livestock activities, concerts, and other event partners. The electrical contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term with the option for the Owner to renew for two additional one-year terms, for a potential total of three years. Renewal is at the sole discretion of Teton County, subject to satisfactory performance, continued need for services, and annual appropriation of funds by the Teton County Fair Board. The service period for each contract year will correspond with the dates and requirements set forth for that respective Fair year. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming if quality is equal to that offered by competitors outside the state. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
