Teton County, Wyoming is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced and capable vendors to provide maintenance and support services for its outdoor warning siren system, including annual inspections, emergency response, and as-needed installation of new sirens. The County seeks to identify a qualified contractor for a one-year contract with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms for siren maintenance now, with a separate contract awarded for new siren installation if funds are approved for the FY 2027 budget year. Teton County's outdoor warning siren system serves both urban and rural areas and includes a variety of equipment configurations. The system includes seven (7) sirens: o Two (2) Federal Signal MOD4016 electronic omnidirectional sirens o Five (5) Federal Signal 2001-130 mechanical rotating sirens Six sirens are powered by AC electricity, and one siren is solar-powered. The sirens are activated from a central control point located at the Teton County Emergency Operations Center. The County utilizes Federal Signal's Commander and Commander One software as well as an SS2000 controller for activations. All vendor questions must be submitted in writing through the online. The selected contractor shall provide: o Annual inspection and preventive maintenance of all outdoor sirens and associated equipment o Annual inspection and preventive maintenance of the base station and associated equipment o Remote system monitoring o Included service calls and repair parts (excluding damage due to force majeure) o Professionally written maintenance reports for each siren and the base station with detailed documentation including labeled photos of sites and work completed. o Maintenance and repairs by Federal Signal factory-trained and certified personnel o Remote support for Commander software o Digital work order/ticketing system o 24/7 emergency hotline o On-site support within 48 hours of issue report. The selected contractor will be required to: o Enter into a contract with Teton County including standard insurance and indemnity provisions o Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws o Acknowledge the County's non-appropriation clause for multi-year commitments. Teton County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive any irregularities, and award the contract in the best interest of the County.
