DISCLAIMER: ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS/CONTRACTORS INTENT ON SUBMITTING A BID PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER THEIR COMPANY WITH, AND OBTAIN ORIGINAL BID DOCUMENTS FROM, FRAYTAK VEISZ HOPKINS DUTHIE, PC (FVHD) ARCHITECTS-PLANNERS, 1515 LOWER FERRY ROAD, TRENTON, NEW JERSEY 08618, (609) 883-7101 POND RD MS: 150 POND ROAD, ROBBINSVILLE, NJ 08691 SHARON ES: 234 SHARON ROAD, ROBBINSVILLE, NJ 08691 Bids are requested for renovations for new Pre-K toilet rooms at Pond Road Middle School and renovations to existing toilet rooms at Sharon Elementary School, including all incidental work. Bidders must be classified in DPMC: C009 with C030, C032, C047 at the time of bid opening. Bid documents are available through the Architect's office. Bid proposals must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one copy) in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the contract title and/or bid number. Each proposal must include a bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid amount (not exceeding $20,000), and a Certificate of Consent of Surety to provide performance and payment bonds. Bidders and prime subcontractors must be prequalified by the relevant New Jersey authorities. Bidders must comply with all applicable state requirements, including prevailing wage, affirmative action, registration, and business certification, as well as requirements of any applicable grant agreements. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in accordance with law.
