The scope of work consists of the installation of a Video Monitoring Access Control System along the South Ramp properties of the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The scope also includes the demolition and installation of TSA-compliant chain-link fencing, as well as the installation of access control readers and security cameras. Additional features of the project include the installation of automated vehicle gate operators, development of a telecommunication and electrical network throughout the South Ramp area, and other miscellaneous improvements. Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal documents to HIePRO prior to the posted Offer Due Date and Time. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Any additional support documents specifically designated as Confidential and/or Proprietary must be uploaded in separate files to HIePRO and must not be included in the main proposal file. Failure to upload the required proposal documents to HIePRO will result in rejection of the bid.
