Reference Number 0000411128 Bid Intent Not Available The Authority is requesting consulting support, to work in partnership with the Project Planning and Workflow Manager (PPWM), Merrick & Company, to advance the LWS water treatment plant engineering design. The contract awarded under this solicitation on will be a Task Order (TO) based contract. Project Scope of Work The project scope includes progressing the preliminary design to final design and preparation of final construction documents under an alternative project delivery methodology, in particular, CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk). Final documents shall not obligate the Authority to accept the CMAR's GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) and shall allow for conventional public bidding and project delivery if the Authority so elects after rejection of the CMAR'S GMP.
