Reference Number 0000395487 The City of Fountain is soliciting qualifications for qualified environmental professional (QEP) services from a certified individual or consulting firm to coordinate cleanup activities on a 7.51-acre, city-owned brownfield site in Fountain, El Paso County, Colorado. The City plans to select a single QEP that meets the requirements outlined in this RFQ. Proposals in the form of telephone calls, email, or facsimiles shall not be accepted. The City shall dock stamp time of receipt and does not recognize the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers in determining the date and time the proposal was received. Further, proposals received after the deadline above shall not be considered and extensions will not be granted.
