Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fountain, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Reference Number 0000386553 SCOPE OF WORK The Service Provider agrees to perform the repair and repaving duties, for the City and to the City's satisfaction, according to the "Specifications for demolition and paving," hereafter called "Specifications," outlined in Section III of the proposed Service Agreement. furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for milling the existing surface in place, prepping the surface, and overlay with a minimum of four (4) inches compacted asphalt on a total of approximately 7,100 square yards of roadway and 5,246 of parking lot. The removal of existing asphalt, re-grading, and replacement of asphalt paving. Installation of hot asphalt over compacted native subgrade base, re-stripe all lines and symbols (as applicable). New asphalt to match the grade of existing asphalt. > Contractor shall have complete use of the work site and immediate area surrounding the work site for the execution of the work. The contractor shall be advised that the UOC and P.D. will be occupied during the progress of work. The security and safety of on-site personnel in the vicinity of the work site shall be the responsibility of the contractor. > The contractor shall be advised that the UOC and P.D. must maintain normal operations during the progress of the work. Contractor shall coordinate efforts with the UOC and P.D. project managers to minimize disruption to Grounds Operation. Contractor shall be advised that the site will be available for construction from 7:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday. All paving operations must be completed during that period to this proposal.
