Site work for a development in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project seeks to complete a watershed restoration plan for a section of the Portneuf River from Sacajawea Park to the railroad bridge near Simplot. Work includes conducting an assessment and current condition inventory, collaborating with the Portneuf Watershed Partnership to develop desired goals and outcomes, and writing an implementation plan. Firms should have documented experience completing stream restoration plans, assessments, and inventories, with preference for those experienced in local government settings and federal regulations. All contracts must comply with Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 28, City of Pocatello Purchasing Policies, and Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. Only firms responding to the RFP will be considered. All questions regarding the scope of services must be submitted in writing, with responses provided via addendum to all registered respondents. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM MT on February 20, 2026 to Christine Howe, Grants Manager via email at chowe@pocatello.gov or 911 N. 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201.
