Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pocatello, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of the deteriorated asphalt paths throughout the site and replace with new concrete sidewalks. Removal of a portion of the existing poorly drained fire lane and replace with new paving, curb and gutter, and drain system. Regrade and install terraced retaining walls between Buildings D and E. Project also includes new storm drains, and replacement of existing concrete stairs and railings. Regrade and install a terraced retaining wall system behind the Laundry/Maintenance Building. QA Date changed 02/23/2026 to 02/26/2026 as per adda 1. Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
