Comprehensive maintenance, repair, and technical support services are required for the Siemens Apogee Direct Digital Control (DDC) building automation systems installed across multiple facilities at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, management, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled services. Work includes preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostics, database and workstation verification, communication checks, visual inspections, and battery or UPS assessments. Services also include software and data management such as full backups of controller and workstation databases, restoration support, subscription maintenance, firmware updates, and installation of required Siemens Desigo CC software upgrades. Operators shall receive consultation support for programming, database, or operational issues. Repairs identified during scheduled visitsincluding system corrections, programming modifications, database adjustments, and component or sensor replacementsshall be completed at no additional charge during normal working hours. The contractor shall provide timely support, including initial response within two hours of notification and on-site response within eight business hours when required. Emergency calls involving mission-critical failures require contractor presence on-site within four hours. Additional emergency work, unscheduled services, and parts not covered under routine maintenance will be available at preferred customer rates. Training courses are included, with options for customer-specific instruction at preferred rates. All maintenance activities must be scheduled during installation operating hours, and personnel entering the installation must comply with access requirements, including presentation of Real ID credentials.
