Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmer, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed includes asphalt pavement milling and overlay, concrete sidewalk replacement, and all appurtenant work as indicated in the bid documents. Bidders must submit a proposal guarantee (certified check, cashier's check, or surety bid bond) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum bid price, but not exceeding $20,000. A performance bond equal to 100% of the bid is required before award of contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in the bids as deemed in the owner's best interest. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey Public Law 1975, Chapter 127 concerning non-discrimination in employment, and the State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, P.L. 1963, c. 150 and all amendments thereto.
