Sealed bids will be received for upgrades to the irrigation system at Sunset Park, located at 2837 139th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as well as to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Work must begin upon notice to proceed from the City and shall be completed by 5/26/2026. Working hours are limited in compliance with Bellevue City Code for noise control, with other time restrictions potentially applying to in-street activities during peak hours, subject to approval by the Project Manager. Bidders are required to furnish a bid bond, performance bond, payment bond, and retainage. Bids must be submitted through the City's eProcurement Public Purchase Portal by February 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST. The City's estimated budget for the project is $110,000 to $120,000. There will be an optional pre-bid site meeting at Sunset Park. There are no permitting requirements specified in this notice. Please refer to the Project Manager for any additional details regarding permits or the permitting process.
