Renovation of a military facility in Red Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide materials and labor for a roof repair at the North Carolina National Guard Red Spring Armory located at 215 Roberts Street, Red Springs, NC, 28377. Questions related to the content of the solicitation, or the procurement process should be directed to Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Melissa Teen Procurement Manager, Vendors will enter "19-IFB-1986025312-TMM - Questions" as the subject of the message. Question submittals should include a reference to the applicable IFB section. This is the only manner in which questions will be received. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 at 2:00 PM ET SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK Repair of roof due to weathering and age. Roof is currently leaking in multiple locations and will need to be resealed. Additionally, inspect the roof material for any hidden damages or required repairs that are in addition to the approved work on the PO that is issued. Contractor to complete repair within 30 days of P.O. being issued, unless arrangements are made between the vendor and this office. Job site to be kept clean and safe during process and inspected by unit personnel upon completion of work.
