Site work for a civil project in Huntertown, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Located in the Carroll Oaks subdivision on Flint Lock Lane in Huntertown, Indiana, lift station improvements will include removal and replacement of submersible pumps and accessories, removal and replacement of valves, rehabilitation of existing precast structure, new standby natural gas generator, new control panel, and site lighting. Shoaff Road improvements include the construction of a gravity sewer, conversion of the existing Shoaff Rd lift station wet well to a gravity manhole, removal of all electrical equipment and service associated with the lift station, and restoration of the work area. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. Project general plans and specifications will be available at www.questcdn.com. Digital Bidding Documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $22 by inputting Quest eBidDoc Number 10032776 on the QuestCDN.com Project Search page. Bids must be submitted to the Town of Huntertown at 15617 Lima Road, Huntertown, IN 46748 by 12:00 noon on February 24, 2026, in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and include the name and address of the Bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid amount. Only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. The Town of Huntertown reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects and amend the Project's scope. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
