The Project Area consists of the area within the property limits bounded in general by The Borough of Marianna, Washington County, PA. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration. For the Marianna Sanitary Sewer & Waterline Improvements Project Contractors must be able to initiate work within fifteen (15) days of contract execution and complete the work within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject or waive any bids or informalities. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and investigation of bidders' qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
