Site work for a transportation facility in Tonopah, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Install a concrete slab for two 12,000 gallon AVGAS and Jet A fuel systems at Tonopah Airport, Nye County, Nevada. The work includes full mobilization and site preparation, construction of a concrete tank foundation and slab with protective bollards, and installation of electrical conduits for future tank wiring. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and quality control in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes. Additional requirements include site safety measures, utility protection, daily cleanup, and final site restoration upon completion. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and active in SAM.gov and have a Nevada Contractor’s License. The project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to federal labor standards, including Davis-Bacon wage rates and Section 3 requirements. The project is also subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements: all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is obtained.
