This contract is prepared to provide available labor, equipment and material to construct the required electric distribution line relocation associated with the TxDOT road widening of Hwy 377 located in Granbury, Texas. The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment and material associated with the completion of the project except for the following Four (4) steel self-supporting poles will be provided by the City of Granbury. Contractor will be responsible for all other materials, labor and equipment associated with the installation of the steel poles. One (1) three-phase padmount transformer at the Rockin S Bar will be provided by the City of Granbury. Contractor will be responsible for all other materials, labor and equipment associated with the installation of the three-phase padmount transformer. A bore will be required for this section of the project. The Contractor will be responsible for all concrete repairs and must be included in the bid. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, and materials (except for four steel poles and one padmount transformer supplied by the City) to complete electric distribution improvements required for the TxDOT Hwy 377 road widening project in Granbury, Texas. Work includes: Overhead Line Relocation along Hwy 377. Underground Extension along South Meadows Drive. Three-phase underground line and padmount transformer relocation at Rockin S Bar & Grill (includes boring and concrete repair). All work on existing overhead lines is considered energized construction unless otherwise specified. Contractor responsible for traffic control, coordination with City and State officials, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Project completion deadline: October 1, 2026 Question deadline date changed from 02/10/2026 to 03/05/2026 Addendum 3 The City of Granbury is requesting proposals for Electric Distribution Overhead/Underground Work associated with the TxDOT Hwy 377 road widening project. This includes providing labor, equipment, and materials for relocating and constructing 12.5 kV electric distribution facilities. The City of Granbury (City) will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for Electrical Overhead and Underground Infrastructure Relocation Improvements for the US 377 Breakout Projects. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith.
