The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 28, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase III engineering services are required for various projects in District Two. The Consultant must provide sufficient staff to perform all engineering services required to complete the projects. The projects may include construction inspection, documentation of pay quantities and related forms for record keeping, Construction & Materials Management System (CMMS) documentation, on-site Quality Assurance material testing, verification of construction layout including GPS work for layout and documentation, submittal of pay estimates, change orders, night-time inspection as needed, and all other work required to complete the projects. The Consultant will be responsible to ensure contractors complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. It is anticipated the department will do all off-site material inspection for the project, and the Consultant will do all on-site material inspection including PCC Quality Assurance testing as needed The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Construction Inspection) category to be considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
