Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This contract is for the reconstruction of Lionel Stone Avenue, from Queen Street South to Adeline Avenue in the community of Tottenham, Town of New Tecumseth. The work includes, but is not limited to, earth excavation, granular base, hot mix asphalt, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and lining, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, streetlighting, and all other work necessary for a complete job in accordance with the details set out more specifically hereafter and as shown on the accompanying plans.
