Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sheridan College will receive sealed bids for the removal and replacement of asphalt roofing systems on multiple campus buildings. The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove existing asphalt roofing and install new asphalt roofing systems, including associated flashing, underlayment, and related work, in accordance with the project specifications. Bidders may be required to provide bid security, proof of licensing, insurance, and bonding as specified in the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. This project is subject to all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
